Order Status

Can I update, change, or cancel my order?

Once an order is in production, the order can no longer be cancelled, changed or edited as the items may have been created.

However, please contact us at as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do. If the order has not been sent to production yet, then cancellation may be possible and we will attempt to do everything in our power to make that happen.

No cancelations nor address changes are possible during the holiday seasons.

Shipping

How much does shipping costs?

Shipping is FREE within the USA, but Sillie ships all over the world.

Outside the USA, shipping costs anywhere from $3.50 to $24 depending on what you order and where it's going.

Please note that the average production time is not always guaranteed and holidays and high volume seasons can cause production time to rise.

How long does shipping take?

Fulfillment and production times depends on several factors like destination and quantity of item(s). Most orders are shipped within 2-7 business days from the order submission date.

Once shipped, it takes up to 2-5 business days within the USA and 10-30 business days for international orders.

International Orders

Will I be taxed or charged with customs duty or fees?

Customs duties may be charged depending upon the country in which you reside. We are not responsible for payment of such duty.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

All products are unique and made to order. Returns or exchanges are not supported if customers ordered a wrong size, color, or simply doesn’t like the product.

We offer returns or exchanges if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues and such.

Return products must be the original packaging and in the same condition when received. However, you’ll need to cover of the cost of the return shipping plus any additional duties and fees charged for international orders.

Gift cards, promotional and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. In addition, digital downloads and face masks cannot be returned or exchanged.
